Have been having foot pain so I sought out the professionals and I' m certainly glad I did. I wish I could remember her name but the associate I worked with was beyond helpful. She assisted me to try on so many darn shoes! But the best thing she suggested to me was the sized orthotic insole. I took her advice and have been wearing them just a few hours at time to start but within a week my feet feel so much better! Thank you, Foot Spot!

I have had ongoing issues with my feet and never took the time to take care of myself. I have fallen arches that was making it impossible for me to walk in the last 2 weeks and it was time to make the time to get orthotics. My visit to the Foot Spot could not have been more personalized and helpful. I was fitted for orthotics and left with some insoles (in the mean time) and I felt an immediate difference. I can't wait to try my new orthotics. The customer service was superb and would recommend to anyone with ongoing feet trouble. Thank you Karen. You are a gem.

IMPECCABLE! The customer service was incredible to say the least! Businesses could take a lesson from them! The one-on-one customer service and special care from "Ryan" was amazing! Ryan took the time to take the molds of each foot and order the shoe inserts with care! Once they arrived, (much sooner than anticipated) they were customized to my 2 pair of shoes and boots! Fit like a glove! The store is so "pristine" and gorgeous displays....but, they still don't beat out the #1 Customer Service! I WILL BE BACK AGAIN, AND THANK YOU RYAN!
