Can never seem to get my sauce packets for me when I even pay extra for them, also didn’t get my fries in my chicken strip basket. Happened multiple times!!!!

The night shift crew is awesome.. I ordered a 12-piece chicken strip meal. But they forgot my biscuits on accident. I called them up and told them the situation the manager was so nice. I went back for the biscuits. They apologized and left some cookies in the bag for the family.. they didn't have to do that but they did.. it's the little things that count for me especially what's going on around the world.. thank you night shift crew for making my experience at KFC wonderful and I will definitely be coming back..
