Came through the drive thru and I got my kid a happy meal. I went to give him his fries and there was a hair in my kids food!!! We order our food fresh and it’s not fresh. The employees need to stop being lazy, wear hair nets, and cook the food the way the customer asks.

Their Hamburger and Cheese burgers have gone dwn in taste idk wat they use now but it sure doesn't taste good anymore. I really can't describe it except maybe they've been cooked for a long time and reheated several times I liked it when u ordered the Quarter Lb w/cheese and u had wait a couple of mins but they brought it out to ya like a special order.They tasted really good and fresh then but all of the sudden they stopped doing that and the burgers are nasty now

Waited 10 minutes in line for a cone and mocha frappe. The employees didn't make any of our stuff and when we finally got there the person who was supposed to hand us our food couldn't understand that we wanted a mocha frappe after explaining in very basic terms that we wanted a mocha frappe and when we finally got our order given to us they gave us a caramel. I would rate 0 star but I can't. Please train your employees.
