There were tons of baby bunnies. Wasn't able to locate any persimmons though. Very nice park in a nice neighborhood. Lots of play areas for kids and miles and miles of walking/hiking trails.

I went here with a group of friends for a small outdoor wedding. The paths are visible and safe. The bridges are well built. There were a fair amount of people around, even on a cool windy day, that were walking solo, with dogs, or riding bikes. A very lovely little area.
