We've been having issues off and on with our new hot water (self installed) for a couple of weeks. I called multiple companies that couldn't get me scheduled for 3-7 days out. I called Tommie's Plumbing and they sent a tech out the next day! Rich was super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. After checking for multiple issues he said everything was functioning the way it should, and more than likely it was an electrical issue outside of the unit. He was exactly right! I'm so glad he could point us in the right direction. He provided a break down of all costs, and how we could bring our water heater up to code. I appreciate this company, and will be using them for future services!

Was given an appointment window of between 1 and 5, but luckily, and maybe unusually they were able to come much earlier, which was fine with me. Austin and his assistant were very transparent and straightforward and were able to diagnose and fix our issue( a faulty sump pump plus rerouting the piping from the pump) with minimum of fuss and in a professional and polite manner. Too early to say whether the fix will be long term but based on what I have seen I will be using Tommie’s again

Casey was a great technician. He explained the installation process and went over our options. Casey stay until he knew we had hot water. I called that morning and by that evening I had hot water! Casey provide excellent customer service. I would use Tommie`s Plumbing again.

Austin was very professional and charming and polite! He explained all that was involved very clearly! He was thorough and efficient! He did the repair in a very short time and even put covers on his shoes to protect my floors! It was a blessing that he came so quickly as my leak was steadily worsening!!!! I really appreciate how efficient and personable he was!!
