Yes!!! We have a 24 hour drop cooler. The tags are in a metal box on the front porch. Fill the tag out completely and place field dressed in the cooler to the left of the building.

Our Venison Summer Sausage is to remain frozen until ready to eat...once you thaw it, keep it refrigerated....will usually last in a refrigerator up to 12 days.
They will typically keep for a year or so as long as the vacuum seal holds. If the vacuum seeks starts to loosen, you will want to eat/cook it soon or it will freezer burn.
