Tell them what cuts you want and they will cut them to your order then vacuum seal them and label with weight just like in a store
They can add sausage seasoning to your meat for a small fee in addition to processing fee. They can add pork fat if so desired. They also can vacuum seal your packages. They do not sell meat .. They process your animal for meat. I hope this helps.
