Reserved a spot here on 6/21/20, drove an hour and a half from Louisville to find another family setup in our reserved space. Check in is at 4:30 pm, by 5:40, the previous campers had all of their gear fully setup...popup camper, awnings....etc. We went back to the office and advised them of the situation, but they did nothing but said, I'll call the staff to find out what's going on. We said, how long will it take for those people to pack up their entire site?! We all know how long it takes to pack up after days of camping. We asked for a refund since they double booked, but they would not give it to us. Waste of a drive, time, and summer weekend. I will leave multiple reviews of how poorly organized and how terrible the option to remedy the situation was.

Beautiful park. So many spots to choose from for camping with a tent or RV. Many boat ramps and a beach. The dam is worth a visit and enough diners to get a meal after you soaked up the sounds and smells of the river and lake.

Excellent place nice Campground good spots great fishing nice place to swim good price and the other campers seem very friendly. Also bathrooms are close by

Beautiful parks. Swimming and camping sites are clean. Fishing is awesome!
