I was having issues with my contacts after already being seen a couple of times else where. I made an appointment here and Rose worked with me on this issue and was able to resolve the problem. The doctor and the staff at this clinic are very professional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone. I live in Tri Cities and I will gladly drive an hr to be seen at this clinic. This is the worst place to go to get your glasses. These people will literally do nothing for you. I went back several times to get my glasses remade, they supposedly made them thru my insurance lab and there lab but never made them correctly. When I called Rose the "manager" (by the way, she is one rude manager) she was rude and couldn't do anything. She said that my glasses where done 3 times only, when I took them like 5 to 6 times to get remade. The worst service EVER.
