Dr. Farmer and her entire team are the BEST caregivers! They are always professional, the office is always super-clean, and now with Covid, they have the best precautions I have seen anywhere. Dr. Farmer is always thorough with her exams, but at the same time is extremely personable and interested in her patients. You couldn’t ask for a better clinic for all your vision care needs.

Wasn't sure whether or not to give them a 2 or 3. The doctors (prior and existing) are always excellent, but they really need to watch and listen to how their staff (especially the receptionists) treat their customers. Most of the time they are rude, curt, and sound as if they could care less about you as a customer. Rarely are they friendly. Is it that bad to work there? They have little patience, and need to learn phone etiquette. Doctors please train your staff in customer service.
