We have always had excellent care at Family Vision and this last visit was even better considering I had gotten an abrasion on the cornea of my eye late at night and was seen very early the next morning. Dr. Ricks did an extensive exam, explained everything very thoroughly and had a Rx sent to my pharmacy within an hour. I would trust no other vision center. 5⭐️ All the way!

Injury to eye on a Sunday sent me to Urgent Care. Able to remove metal but told I had a " Rust Ring" need to see eye doctor to have removed asap. Monday morning called Family Vision, explained my situation and they got me immediately in that morning. I was not an existing patient. Staff were kind and courteous. The Medical Assistant and Physician were awsome! Answered all my questions and assured me there was no permanent damage to eye. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Enjoyed my entire experience here. The staff was friendly. The office was clean. The doctor was kind and very thorough. I was able to try out a pair of bifocal contacts and love them. Referred my very best friend in the world who now has an appointment on Monday. Quite happy that my insurance changed and I got a chance to change my vision clinic and meet these lovely people. I think I’ll be a LIFER here! Thank you♥️

I will miss the Doctors here, they are some of the nice people and compassionate providers I have met, truly one-of-a-kind and actually care about you. But the reason I am leaving is front staff, unprofessional and are usually rude. I had an appt at 7 a.m. mind you I am not a morning person, just to arrive and they tell me I am out of network. Which is understandable sometimes this happens but that thing that gets me is why didn't they call me to inform me. They claim they do but I did not have no miss calls or voice mails. (Phone works just fine and i suspectthey didnt call me ) And it's always like this with the front desk. Not including pts and letting them find out last min. This was the tipping point for me. I been deal with the front desk people for years and it saddens me to have to leave but I cannot keep dealing with the negativity and Neglect of not informing patients of simple things.
