Wish we hadn't left! We lived here for only 6 months in a first floor one bedroom unit and we had a few unit specific issues, such as noisy upstairs neighbors. We did notify management and the noise was greatly reduced. Otherwise it was a GREAT community, very safe, friendly, well planned, and clean. We're now living in a brand new complex in Holly Springs and we've had nothing but issues with shoddy construction, we hate our new place and if moving wasn't such a hassle we'd be right back at Trellis!

We have been here for a few months now and really enjoy it. Our kids love the bike trails, and the close proximity to Bass Lake and Ting Park. The atmosphere here is unlike any apartment community I've seen before and everybody feels like family. The office does lots of community events, and our kids especially love it when they have fresh cookies, and ice cream "just because". We rented sight unseen as we were relocating from out of state, and I can honestly say that we have been extremely impressed so far.

Trellis Pointe is a great place to live. I love the community and the people here. I live by myself and have a dog that I walk at all different hours and have always felt safe. Our property manager Jessica is always so nice and takes the time to speak with you with a smile on her face. When I need maintenance Ron has always been there to handle things very quick. The staff here is very accommodating

Our son is a student at Wake Tech and needed somewhere to live that we as parents would feel good about him living. Well we got lucky. When we toured Trellis Pointe last August we were hooked and just renewed the lease for another year. The neighborhood is quiet, but very friendly. Staff is wonderful and they go above and beyond. Grounds are well maintained and ample parking. We would recommend Trellis Pointe to anyone and have recommended it to several of our son's classmates. John and Melinda
