Can't answer their phone, always has music in the store at full blast, always messing around and dropping stuff in the back, never ever once answered their phone, always closes super early. I love Little Ceasars but this store is god awful

Would love to give a review on the pizza but the last two times I’ve went they have been “open” with the doors locked and not answering phone or drive thru window! You can literally see the young girls in there as other costumers are knocking on the door. So then as I sit in my car ordering Pizza Hut and there are now seven cars in the drivethru they finally come to the window! The last three times I went they were either closed when they shouldn’t be or extremely rude! How does a business operate like this all the time!?!?! Seriously @littleceaser read your reviews and DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!

Went through the drive through at 10:20 pm and wanted to order two extra most bestest pepperoni pizzas and some crazy bread and cheese cups. I was told it was so late they were not making fresh pizzas. They close at 11. They said they were out of crazy bread and the only pizzas that were left were two regular pepperoni pizzas. The cups of cheese were cold and not warm at all and I watched them take them out of a box under the table, not in a fridge or heater. Will not be back anytime soon.

The Real Shitstorm

I would put zero stars for the Frankfort,Indiana location if I could. I wish I took a picture of the pathetic "large" pizza my wife and daughter got. It looked like they more training on how to make a large stuff crust pizza because came out to be like a in-between a small and medium. I only got bacon on like 3 slices. When I was in there waiting on a my order which I was 10 minutes late for still had to wait another 10 minite and they weren't busy. I was ask 4 times what my order was and then tried to make me.pay for it a second time. There were 2 other people in there with messed up orders. I gave them a second chance with this one and there will not be a third. If you live in the Frankfort area and you good experience with them you seem to be the lucky few.
