Recently this place has been horrible to go to. Today I went and ordered 3 smoothies, all the same flavor. The place was packed, and they were not really concerned about online orders. It was very disorganized, with workers confused. One man didn’t even get a lid because the worker couldn’t find them. We waited for about 25 mins for the smoothies, which is annoying but not horrible, however, my smoothie was not filled all the way. If I’m paying $8, I would like to have it all the way filled. I can’t believe management finds this okay.

Well. We go here quite often. Likely 2x a month for a family of 5. Their smoothies aren’t bad but their consistency is lacking. We’ve had to throw away several smoothies because they just weren’t good and it’s been from flavors we always get. I told this to the employee to see if I could get a free drink. I mean their drinks aren’t cheap - they’re $10 for a large size so the girl got the manager and she said she could take $2.00 off my order. I thought that was lousy but whatever and chalked it up as horrible customer service especially as she had said they were having problems with employees and firing them. And then she said I’ll give you 10% off your order. Certainly that was better, but seriously as much as we have spent there??? Penny wise but pound foolish. Sure they saved themselves some money by not giving me free drinks but my loyalty to them low and I’ll think twice next time.

Smoothies might be tasty but their business practices are poor. Daughter was employed there for 3 months and she only received 1 paycheck, despite working 12 hours almost every weekend. She only got paid after I contacted owner repeatedly.Manager was completely inept and couldn’t seem to follow procedures to get employee records done. Owner has refused to pay for her last 60 hours of work. Can’t support their products if they can’t be responsible employers.
