Tire on my 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 Pick Up Truck was leaking air. Made an appointment online. Arrived 40 minutes early. Service Manager approached me immediately. Inspected all of my tires. Discount uses a hand held sensor to check tire pressure. Nice to see high tech in use! They moved my truck to the service bay right away. Discovered a screw in the tire, repaired it and pressurized all tires to the proper psi. All done within 45 minutes! No cost! Great job and outstanding team at the Santee Discount Tire. Thank you! I'm looking foward to purchasing new tires for my truck from Discount when it's time.

They repaired my flat tire for free. I didn’t make an appointment, just walked in around 10:30 am, and then my car is ready to pick up at 12:30 pm. They even have a link sent to your phone to track the repair status. I am happy with their service. Would recommend.

I like coming here early on a Saturday as it's my only availability. Their early morning check-in process has evolved with a QR code which is very convenient. I took my Carmy and the Tesla and both finished extremely fast. The carmy had a tire rotation scheduled and the Tesla had a nail and was slowly leaking air. Overall extremely happy with the team and customer service.
