The new guy is not friendly and will not manually enter single items. I usually tip anything under $5 to the guys, but not this guy. I like recycling here. No idea of comparative rates, but they are friendly enough. They can get really busy at the end of the day

You've been able to drop them off, but you don't get any $ for them. I'm not sure what the current policy is, you should ask the next time you visit the recycling center.
They will take it but you don't get paid for it, no matter what the weight is.
