What a wonderful experience. I have forgotten the name of the kind man who listened to my daughter's mattress needs in order to offer her some options both within her price and confirm range. The entire exchange took less that 30 minutes, a fact which had nothing to do with rushing, and everything to do with great communication. We will definitely use Mattress Firm for all our rest needs. The wife and me were at the Watkins Rd location in Durham. I had spoken to Steve (Mgr.) earlier in the day by phone, to make him aware of what we were looking for in a mattress i.e.. Firmness, price, warranty. When we arrived several hours later, he was prepared and ready to help. He was able to quickly narrow down the selection to 3 choices. He was extremely knowledgeable on the pros and cons of all three, and helped us make a decision within an hour. He knew we were on a pretty tight budget, but went the extra mile to find any hidden discounts available. Great attitude and excellent customer service skills. Thanks Steve!!!
