Came in and signed in for first available. When my turn came, another man who I watched sign in as first available after me jumped up and spoke with the stylist. I overheard her tell him that she probably wouldn’t be able to get him until 1:30 (it was around 11:25). He said something about this being the time he allocated for a haircut. They mumbled then she took him back to her chair and started his haircut without asking if I had flexibility in my schedule. I left and won’t be a repeat customer ever again. “It’s wicked… service.”

my boyfriend got his hair cut here today before his graduation photos and i swear to god the stylist must have been blindfolded or something. he asked for a simple trim and the "stylist" basically cut off all his hair and the back is so incredibly uneven, it makes him look like he literally has a mullet. never go here honestly whoever did his cut needs to have their license revoked

mustache trim and haircut for my son. we took a chance on a new barber shop & someone new to cut his hair. he had a lot of hair to start with and wanted it all cut off and faded. Courtney cut his hair. We had a long wait but we were a walk in so that was expected. Service was good, she was personable & quick. The edge up could have been crisper but we’ll know what to request next time. We will definitely go back to Courtney. Definitely a plus that we could get a cut on a Sunday.

The stylists are ok, but the wait time is terrible. They open at 9 but it doesn’t matter since there is only one stylist. Not to mention you’ll get pushed back by appointments. This happens every time I come here. They are also expensive, for the amount of money they charge there should be better service. Their website does not have any appointment listings, so how do you make an appointment? Good people work here but the management lacks so this review is more for the management of the company.
