I didn't appreciate being "shushed" while I was in labor. The nurse had the nerve to shush me while I was in pain from a natural birth. Child birth hurts like hell and the nurses should know that. I've given birth twice here and that was the only issue I had both times. Other than that, the care is great and nurse's are very sweet and attentive.

I brought my sister to the emergency center because she had gotten bit by a spider. She couldn’t walk and her foot was swollen with blood coming out, I asked a red head nurse, she had a messy bun, if she can bring me a wheelchair to help my sister all she said was “wheelchairs are inside” and continued being on her phone. That was the rudest encounter I’ve ever had here, normally when I come here, everyone is so kind and welcoming and HELPFUL. I didn’t get her name she was just sooo rude! I just wanted a wheel chair so I wouldn’t let her arm go because if I did then she would apply a lot of pressure on her foot. The nerve she had, I would’ve understood if she said “I’m on my break but let me get somebody to help you” but she said “wheelchairs are inside” and walked away while looking down at her phone. She didn’t even have the nerve to look up at us. Whoever is running this hospital NEEDS to establish good manners at least. When someone is in need of help, just help!!! It’s your job it’s what you’re getting paid to do!

Had a great experience here. Still here in Tele floor. Nurses and Dr's Great. I did wait in ER for about 6 hours but be admitted but that's everywhere. RN Jenny and Kenia 👍

I was born here in 1955 and came back for a visit in the mid '80s and was told there was no longer a maternity ward. Apparently there is now! Glad to hear that. For being a premie in '55, I did well! Retired telescope maker and veteran. Life is good.

They wont do it if ur visit is to er only but if u get admitted. Ive always get a voucher
I'm not sure now with the covid there are more restrictions my recommendation to you is to call the front desk sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
I'm so sorry you lost a baby. I hope you are feeling better now
You should visit the hospital and someone will direct you to the person that can give you whatever information it is that you need.
Yes. My husband even stayed in my room in icu
I heard that it is only when it is cesarean that you are operated right there, they asked me, I said that I did not want to have another child, but the norm does not cover you.
You just have to be vaccinated. And check in with the hospital too before going. If your going to ICU they have a 2 visitor per day policy.
Well..., If you come down to Van Nuys @ the Presbyterian hospital here, you don't need proof. All you need is a mask. They might provide one if you don't have one.
No. But masks are required.
Hi, if you have medical it doesn't cost anything if you qualify, if not I'm not sure but if it's more or less 11 to 13 thousand dollars
It depends on your insurance
Yes, urgent care is Healthline Medical Group located at 15211 Vanowen Street suite 105
The paid parking lot allows 20 min pickup.
That's private information that a hospital would never share publicly. Only family or a legally appointed medical agent can get that information from a hospital if they call and verify their status as next of kin.
I'm pretty sure that they have the list of names as for the safety of the employees and others around them, but due to the fact of hospital policies it's confidential.
If you are looking for a patient, you will need to enter the hospital through either the main entrance on Vanowen, the emergency room entrance on Noble, or the west entrance closer to Sepulveda. You will then give the security guard the patient's name you are looking for and security will have you sign in and then provide you with the patient's room number, a visitor i.d. sticker good for 24 hours to display on your outermost clothing and directions on how to get the the patient's room.
by day delivery single father cut his plans to leave his debts out of work this company teaches them to betray each other and say goodbye are very cruel and I had very bad experiences in the host with their professionals and quiet so they would not lose their jobs but the The director of the hospital and the company closed the doors to my exemplary human being.
Yes 👏
Yes I do.
They are gonna send you a bill anyways,,,but its always best to make sure to check in with your own doctor for a regular check up,,,the ER does get busy,,,waiting time is not guaranteed
They will try to see if you're eligible for Medi-Cal. If that doesn't fly... they will likely bill you.
Of course, however, they are nondenominational and will do their best for you regardless of your faith.
No. Well at least i don't. They have me the runaround when i tried to get that information.
It also depends on why you're there. Heart attacks get priority over hangnails.
Yes
If you take a look at their website, they do have a "Ways to Give" section. Scroll down to the bottom and there is a name, email and phone number for their contact person.
1953, IIRC.
