One of the worse fast foods in Philly drive thru workers always talking and playing around over your food & it NEVER FAILS THEY ALWAYS GIVE ME THE WRONG FREAKING ORDER! Owner needs to fire the whole crew!! Hire people that won’t have drive thru backed up because little girls want to play & suppose yo be working!

On 7/27/22 while visiting my mother who lives a few blocks from this Wendy's location on 7700 City Line Ave. She did not feel like cooking & had not ate yet. I asked her what she wanted and she said Wendy's. I went to the drive thru, the line was long as usual. I placed the order. By the time I get to the window, I am told they do not have two selections that I ordered. Third time here, they never have what is on the menu. To make matters worse, I phoned my mother when I got home and asked her how was her food. She told me there was no burger on her sandwich just lettuce & bacon. This location and the workers are the worse. Just trash! Chick-fil-A from now on.

Hello All, This wendys on city line ave is the worst supposed to be fast food restaurant in the whole Philadelphia. Every weekend the lines are very long and the workers are so rude, unprofessional, and aggressive when speaking to me. This must get better.

Plenty of room to grow here. Ron's of parking and two traffic lights in and out of here. Way better than the Popeye's chicken down the street. Nothing on them but this is way easier to get in/out of. Staff was friendly and professional. I wasn't inside this visit but had to pull over to talk on the phone for a bit so caught lunch while sitting here. Ended up being a great decision because of the logistics of this place. Only major issue was with the drive through confirmation when I ordered using the app. They totally didn't know about my order even though I tried explaining it all. I was kinda expecting to just pull up say mobile and drive to get my food but they seemed confused about what mobile order or how to confirm that it was my order. I even used THEIR own app. I mean the company not doordash or Uber eats

The last time I was there, there was no eat in or any1 allowed in Wendys, I had to order from the drive through window, then stand near the sidewalk till my order wa ready,, this is a Covid 19 practice which is 👍 great.
