This business, its owners and its entire staff work under standards of personalized services and excellence. .Everything under a plan that is made with each client, hours of food, drinks, music etc, everything in the time line agreed with each client.I highly recommend this place and its services, if you like order and everything well planned, This is the place you are looking for, they provide services without distinction, race, color, creed etc, they adjust to what you need and want. My daughter left her retainer on the table and it was thrown away. We asked if we can search thru the trash bags being that these are expensive. But after many times of trying and asking they said NO. They didn't even apologize for throwing them away. 👎

This was the best Event Hall I've seen with the latest technology with LED Dance floor to digital monitors on the walls. The decorations were flawless. I wanted the best for my daughter's Quinceanera and Emerald was the Royal Palace to do it at. The food was amazing and the music was off the roof!!#! The DJ Light topped if off. I highly recommended.
