I am not one that writes reviews frequently but this is worthy of communicating. I went to this location because my 9 year old daughter cracked her screen she was able to use the iPad and operate it even after the cracked screen. Moreover, I decided to get the screen replaced along with the screen protector. First off, I was advised by Jess that it would be ready for pick-up the next day after 11AM I showed up after 1PM and it was not ready I was told to come back in an hour or so. Finally, I go back and the situation went from BAD to WORSE because now my daughters iPad started "ghosting" once the screen was awake it would start going crazy eventually disabled. It displays "connect to iTunes" when I do the screen starts flickering and ghosting and cannot go through the prompts. They have a newly open location off Van Buren and I will make sure this will be the first review. Since, they could not solve the issue either instead I drove their 3 times to get the same result. If you want your repair to go from BAD to WORSE this is the perfect location now my daughter is without an iPad. Please be advised!!! DO NOT DO business with these people unless you like to waste your time, money and gas. I would be more than happy to find a resolution; if this review is still up that means that doing the right thing to the customer is not part of their culture and customer service is not important.

I took my Xbox 360 down there for a good cleaning, guy told me it would be about 2 hours. I came back to pick it up and when I got home I looked at the fans that STILL had dust caked up all over it. I’m convinced this guy just said he “cleaned” it and didn’t do anything. Another red flag I noticed waste consoles old warranty sticker wasn’t even tampered with proving to me that he didn’t even open my console. I would not recommend taking your console to be cleaned here. $60 for no reason.

Needed my daughters phone fixed and went here for the first time. When we called they quoted $98 and we honestly thought it was a low price just to get us in the store. But no it was real and the screen was pretty bad. Thank you guys very much. We are happy customers as both the gentlemen there were very professional, kind, and really cared about customer service (which is hard to find these days). I will be back to do some Christmas shopping here as they have many things that my grandsons and granddaughters like.

These guys did an excellent job on fixing my iPhone and my tablet. They actually did it very fast in under an hour and a half. And the price was better than I found anywhere else. The store is cool they have a lot of other stuff just besides fixing stuff video games consoles games I’m posting some pictures so you could see. I need some work done this is a family owned store and I’ll take great care of you.
