Terrible Customer Service. I went to Dunkin Donuts on International Drive at 5 PM on Tuesday, 3 May 2022. I wanted two donuts to go. There were three employees working behind the counter; working being a relative term. I stood at the register for about two minutes when the employee told me that I would need to go to the drive through. Read that again...I was refused service at Dunkin Donuts because I came into the building...I was told that I would need to drive around an entire strip mall to wait in line for 15 minutes to get two donuts. I personally believe it was because the employees did not want to do any extra work. Day old Dunkin Donuts are not worth that investment in time.

Asked for a frozen coffee they could not make it because they didn’t have ice? Why this is a coffee shop? Tired of business not having supplies it’s just wrong MGT should have picked some up prior to leaving so store could operate properly

Fast Drive thru service: Tried the Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich 🥪. It was ok but I won’t be ordering another one. Closes at 9pm
