I went to the drive thru lane both side was opened and the employee was like turn around and go to lane 1 because 2 is closed and the lane for 1 was 5 cars full if they was closing lane 2 they should of put cones in lane 2 the two employees in the 2nd drive thru window was like the manager is busy just close the window. And there was another thing if you have a McDonalds uniform why is it rolled up in the back like it your out going shirt it's your uniform

When you walk in to this McDonalds at lunch time 12:30 and your told drive through only unless your a picking up an order for a delivery. How tge heck do you drive through with no car. Just wanted to eat lunch and told no by McDonald's

Disgusting place, very rude they don’t follow what’s given,asked for coffee with out cream got it with cream and lot of the ground coffee beans too in it, asked for dine in , got the food as to go, and they advertise as sit back and relax, McDonald’s will be McDonald’s they can never change how much ever they try.

They were nice but I didn’t get my orange 🍊 juice I paid for! Gave me the straw. That fooled me. Check your items BEFORE you leave the window! The Picante sauce for the breakfast Burrito 🌯🤢. I really wanted that juice! Total Bummer 😡

WORST MCDONALDS IN VOLUSIA COUNTY!!! STAFF IS SLOW ,RUDE , AND NEVER HAS YOU ORDER RIGHT. I WAITED 45 MINUTES FOR A CARAMEL FRAPPUCCINO AND ENDED UP HAVING TO GET MY ORDER REFUNDED .MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE AND PLACE WAS NASTY
I have reported them i waitex 30 minutes for a sweet tea when i said something to back window she rudely said talk to next window i said something there as well and even asked to speak to mge unperfessional they daid they were out of lemons so i said all you gotta do is go cut some in the back she rolled her eyes at me and slammed window in my face but lemons appeared the mgr tried saying they were out byt she didnt even know poor excuses of customer service
Obe of the WORST McDonald's to go eat...very unprofessional,sonetimes rude and the wait times are always long... I hate that place...tge bedt ones are in Pt.Orange and Holly Hill
True, many businesses are understaffed. Use to be all checkout lines open in supermarkets, fast food places. Of course the waits are longer. All about cutting costs. To hell with customers waiting! Typical buisness attutude. That said, at least have the employee efficient. Just about everyone finds mistakes in their order.
