I would recommend John an infinity x infinity. With the unemployment rate going up everyday, I can’t imagine the work load he must have. He is patient and professional. He never made me feel like I was just a number. He’s empathetic and he’ll provide you with the information you need to decide what path...YOU want to take. I’m so grateful for his help.

I have referred employment law clients to John McCarthy for several years. Anyone I know that needs employment law assistance, I send over, and they always thank me later. John knows his stuff and can be trusted with any employment law matter. If you’re lucky enough to be his client, you have secured an excellent attorney.

I have known John for years and he is ALWAYS my first call for legal advice. Even if he isn’t an expert in the field I need guidance in, he has a laundry list of colleagues he can and has referred me to. John has sound advice and is the calming voice of reason when you feel like you’re in a spiral and can’t figure out your next move. He’s incredibly smart, articulate and someone who cares about his clients.

John is fantastic at explaining the law so that I can understand as a normal person. He is my go-to attorney for any employment law related questions. Whenever I have questions or a crazy situation comes up at work, I like to run it by John so that I can be sure that everything is fair and legal. Lots of companies take advantage of employees out there. It's great to have John on my side.

Hey Alex, Great question. When we take on representation, we typically offer contingency fees, or flat fees, depending on the type of work that needs to be done. If you want to learn more about how we can help people, you can visit www.McCarthyLawCA.com. McCarthy Law
