Everytime i come to this location they never have my product, and the customer service is dry! This last time I came in the manager (older lady with the glasses) totally ignored me, I went up to her to ask if she had any hornworms and she lifter her finger at me gesturing to give her a minute. First of all, That’s rude, I was in management and never in my life had I lifted my finger to someone to let them know I needed a minute. Then after she shows me the last two left over hornworm containers and half of them are dead. Why would I purchase something that I can no longer use. My chameleon eats live hornworms she’s picky. I would never, as a manger, try and sale half expired product. I was offended when she did that. Then to top it all off I was waiting for her to get me some crickets, I was standing literally next to her for 5-10 mins waiting for her to get me some crickets and she blatantly ignored me, I’m not sure if you guys have cameras to go back and look on. But that was very unprofessional. So I stormed out of there, didn’t purchase nothing and traveled 6 miles out of my way to the next location to purchase my things because every time I go into that location they have everything I need and customer service is phenomenal! I wish that one was closer to me than this location cause at this point it’s only going downhill. Start with management cause that’s where my real issue is at!

The employees pretty friendly and helpful when I was chosing a carrier for my cats. Suggested the best one by weight and vetenarian friendly user. Once a month a vet comes in to give shots, micro chip... great team.

By far the worst customer service I have received from any cooperate company. Staff inside store are amazing people, customer service on the other hand is the biggest pile of trash that any company could have. Sold me non fish safe stuff for my pond and killed my stock in my pond after I asked for fish safe. Then asked them for a reimbursement of my fish and my money for the product they sold me. Gave me a run around for 4 long weeks and then when I call for a check up they say they won’t do anything. Gladly be contacting a lawyer and taking legal action.
