The food isn’t terrible, but the service every time I’ve been has been horrible. Waiting in the drive thru with no one else in line.

Almost each and every single time I go here, the food is wrong. Long lines coupled with extremely rude staff make this a no-go; I travel to the Wendy's 15 minutes away in Media now. Last time I was here, the staff was unbelievably rude and of course, when I got home, the food was wrong. I tried calling five times but no one answered. I begrudgingly drove over and sat in the drive thru line again (doors locked) because I hadn't eaten that day and I'm pregnant at the moment. The lady told me to pull around and when I got to the window, she made no eye contact, no apology and handed me my food without another word. I drove off pretty miffed vowing I'd contact the manager but by the next day I decided it wasn't even worth it. They've probably only gotten my food right once out of 20 visits and they really don't care despite the fact that I spend between $30-40 a visit. Skip this Wendy's and go elsewhere.

I’m not big on the breakfast at Fast food restaurants because they usually never give me what I asked for anyways. But I was very specific as to what I wanted and I still got a dried up biscuit no egg whites and I asked for pepper jack cheese and they gave me the yellow American is not very happy with it but if I go back I’m pretty sure they’ll give me the same customer service they gave me the first time. Hint hint wink wink. Can’t ask for what you want anymore.

Unpleasant, and rude employees at the drive thur. I started my order and after saying the first word without even finishing got told to pull around, and then nicely said I wasnt done with the order, got a response of "what else do you want" in a very nasty tone. Also didnt give me all the food I had ordered/paid for and had to go back. If you don't like your job, find another one.... there are plenty of places hiring. Also when someone is thanking you for service, even before and after messing up the order up... saying your welcome or ANYTHING at all AND actually acknowledging your customer would be nice and good for business, luckily I was just passing through and I will Never have to stop here again.

May as well not be u will not like the food or service your better off hitting the trash can outback of Panera bread!
Customers must have a mask on before entering and there arr safety dividers at counters. Hand sanitizer is available for use to combat the spread of covid.
