I was picked up from hospital and dumped by a VERY rude heavy set lady that accused me of threatening her when she was driving me ten miles the wrong way then dumped me a block from my house. Do not use these unstable people that take hopsitsl patients and dump them anywhere they please and make up stories of being threatened. DO NOT USE. YOUR FAMILY'S LIFE WILL SURELY BE IN DANGER!!!!

Literally only giving 2 stars bc the dispatcher was nice. Waiting from midnight to 1 AM at the airport for a ride. Kept getting pushed. Not sure if it’s her name but Paula Q came up on the caller ID. She finally called me and said another 10 min and I said they’re trying to find someone closer I’ve been waiting an hour - she said get someone closer then, and hung up. So unprofessional, and All over the place with estimates.

I called them because Uber was saying 20+ mins for a driver, on the phone they said they had a cab nearby (the hospital), 35 mins later the taxi finally showed up…. There is nowhere in Wilmington that a taxi should take 35 mins to get to me. Taxi ended up costing $8 more than the Uber would have too.

I reserved a cab the day before I needed it and still waited over 2 hours and had to call a different company because they still weren't here.the dispatcher said someone was on the way and they weren't. If you have an important meeting or appointment call a different company
