I have to say I’ve gave this place to benefit of the doubt I ain’t here a few times in both times have been absolutely horrible this last time I got the chicken salad sandwich and I have to say it was absolutely horrible there was no chicken salad on there it was basically tomato lettuce and grapes the soup was ice cold I do not recommend this Panera which I’ve ate at other Panera‘s and they have been really great this one by the mall is absolutely the worst I’ve been to

Very disappointed today. I paid over $15 for a 1/2 Fugi Apple salad and a 1/2 of a almond chicken salad sandwich. Please look closely at how much chicken salad actually came on my bread. This was really pathetic. It was more of a bread sandwich No I didn't bother complaining. They should have done better to start with. It was busy today and I didn't feel like having to wait in line to get it corrected. Whoever prepared it knew how much they put. Maybe this is the standard now. It will be awhile before I go back.

I’ve liked panera for awhile and the food is usually really good but lately I’ve just been having a bad experience everytime i go. Today I went and I asked for bread as a side and they gave me chips normally I wouldn’t care but this has happened to me 5 times now. Also the fruit punch was the best thing about this place.

This store is great as long as you are not ordering delivery. I have tried on 3 separate occasions hoping that they might get it right. Each time something is wrong. Something is missing or the food is just completely wrong. Each time I try to call the number they supply to report something wrong with the order and it rings and rings and no one picks up, once for as long as 45 minutes. The first two times they "remade" the item that was missing and offered no refunds on anything. Not on the delivery fee, since I had to drive all the way to the store, or the food that was incorrect. The last time I insisted as it was the third time, the manager refunded the food and added some extra cookies. Moral of the story is, eat their food -its delicious, but don't expect much from delivery.
