Placed order in the app as a “Walk-In.” Door was locked. Employee yelled at me to drive around with 11 cars already in line. I didn’t have time so I lost the value of my order. Not the first time this has happened at this store. If they don’t want walk-ins they shouldn’t allow the option on the app!

Ordered a large coffee with two and two via the drive thru. Once I arrived to my office which is 2 minutes away I noticed the cup was full of curds evidently from old cream. Of course they don't answer their phone.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. When you have to call twice to get someone to answer it's bad. Especially when it's 5:10AM and no one in drive thru. How do I know there was no one in drive thru? Well, I was delivery driver at Tractor Supply Store next door and have clear view. Moving on... She did finally answer. I asked her if her lobby was open so I could get breakfast she said yes. I walked over and it was NOT open. In fact, there was a sign on the door that said lobby doesn't open until 7AM. Very disappointing. I tried to call back after standing outside the door for a few minutes and no one answered again. I will NEVER try to spend my money here again no matter how many times I deliver at Tractor Supply.

Kind of bummed with our current meal. Ordered late breakfast between meetings today. We are not only missing donuts and sweets. We are eating burnt bacon, and a very toasted everything bagel. Also, had to add our own cream cheese to our bagel. $50 dollars later, we are still hungry and a little salty.
