Used to be better a few years ago. Inside not nearly as clean, bathrooms definitely needs attention, and all our cups were covered in ice cream on the outsides.

Do not order cakes from here, especially if you are counting on one for a special event. I ordered one for my son's bday and they never made it. I sent some one to pick it up and it wasn't there. The lady offered to make another one but come to find out they didn't even have the kind that I originally ordered. I ended up speaking to the store manager. He offered two round instead of the sheet but still didn't have the one flavor(my son's favorite) I originally needed but we compromised on the flavors. Because of this he offered to send a gift card for the price. When it was time to serve, the cakes weren't even what we compromised to(I hate peanut butter ice cream), and I never received my gift card. From the store manager to the guy taking my order, they all dropped the ball. Then dropped the ball on fixing it. My entire family has always ordered cakes here for parties but we wont ever again. I will drive to another location before I give this store my business even if it's just a cone.

Great place but if the teenagers that work there should not allow friends to hang out. I witnessed a drug transaction. Not good for consumers to see especially with little ones & the play land. Manager Sara was cool

Currently sitting in the parking lot fuming. My milkshake was so thin I thought it was chocolate milk. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich. It is dry and not a sandwich but two chicken nuggets/strips put on a bun with a dab of sauce. Never again!!! Edit: I decided to go back in and talk to the manager. Instead of refunding my money back, she thought I'd enjoy coming back for a hamburger. When I asked if the baked chicken sandwich was a breast fillet, she replied yes. Yet, if you order it crispy, it becomes tenders. It really should have stated it. The manager made a bad experience even worse.
