We divide our time between here and Virginia. If we run out of our meds while in NC we call the pharmacy and have the prescription sent to this location from our Walgreens in Virginia. We've done this several times and never had a problem. We appreciate the convenience and the same day service.

I can see why they only have a 2.6 rating. Way to high by the way. If you are retired and want to be ignored for 20+ minutes, this is your place. If you have food in the car with family waiting, call them and have your prescription moved to another pharmacy. After waiting, I still left without my prescription. They should be thankful for couponers cause I'll never get my prescriptions from here. Total waste of my Friday evening.

Quite unprofessional. Went online and signed up for a Covid test for my child that was sick with 102.7 fever/cough/sore throat/ body aches. After waiting in line for 30 minutes, we discovered that the store allows tests to be scheduled at a time when the store is not even open. Staff was unsympathetic and had no compassion for my sick child in the car. Made an appointment at CVS - they got us right in and were beyond kind. Follow up call by nurse practitioner with results was full of compassion and concern for my child's health. They could not have been any nicer. Walgreens needs to take notes.

Called multiple times & couldn't reach the pharmacy. Was on hold 15+ minutes and when they finally picked up, the call dropped. Called back to talk to Customer Service and have them transfer to the pharmacy, but when the call transferred the call dropped. Called back again and was told that I just had to keep calling to try to get through, because the pharmacy was having phone system problems, and they were unwilling to walk a phone back to the pharmacy or try to help me; talked to a manager who was in a huff and said there weren't enough people working to answer the phone and acted like *I* was the problem. After 3 or 4 calls & about 30 minutes, I could finally talk to someone in the pharmacy, and they never received the refill request that was submitted through the Walgreens app.
