This is my go to place when I'm out camping at Ocotillo they are reasonably priced and have just about anything you may need. Not to mention their always so friendly.

They are not rented, you gotta buy what is available or bring out your own if you have one and you rent the space which is $200 to rent (per month) and to be a permanent resident it is$380 to $460 a month other than that it $25 a night
It differs depending on if you're a weekender or a full time tenant. New owners now so rates should be good.
