We had a wonderful experience with the guy who repairs shoes here. We went in there to have my 7 year old grand girl's sandals repaired. She and the shoe repair man had a wonderful conversation and became fast friends. The shoe repair was quick and reasonably priced, but what will keep me coming back is the relationship building the man did with my granddaughter.

Would never go back. Brought in 2 pairs. On one pair that were only worn a few times, he replaced both heel lifts when I said to just replace the one that was damaged. He said he could fix a scrape on the heel, but when I picked up the shoes he said he couldn’t. On another pair he did work on the wrong shoe giving them back to me with the original work requested left undone. Had to wait another week and the work was poorly done. He lied about the job and then said I lied about the repair that was needed. At least he didn’t charge me a second time.

Had a wonderful experience with master Zareh. He took care of my shoes on a high-end professionalism. If you want your shoes to live long, ask him to give them 2nd birth :)

Great quick repair. He took care of my shoes the same afternoon. A great find for me since I get high heels repaired regularly

Bring in your shoe. That is the kind of question that can only be answered if he can see your specific shoe

You should bring in your shoes. That likely would vary based on length needing repair and the leather being used

Can you alter leather boot shaft for a thinner calf? Go from a 15.5 inch boot circumference to 14 inch?

You would need to bring him in your boots for him to answer that question. But most likely not because of the structure of the boot
