Great customer service such attentive and sweet ladies. There is a good availability of plush toys to stuff however right now the variety of costumes is very limited at the store, but you can always go online to find more. The experience is awesome such memorable moment. Due to the biosecurity measurements the staff will let only a handful of customers while others wait outside.

The cutest store. They treated us with such kindness and my little one was so happy to dedicate and name her build a bear. They helped me fix a small issue on one of our animals. They fix the bears for free if anything comes unstitched.

They follow all covid rules perfectly, clean shop, and staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. They don’t discriminate against adults getting the bears and doing the heart ceremony. I will be coming back even though it’s a far drive but it’s worth it for the staff.
