I highly recommend Lynn...she clearly is a "diamond" among real estate agents. I live in a different state than the property that was being sold so, after a short time when I was onsite, we communicated via email, telephone, texts, DocuSigns and it worked very well. Her advertising was excellent, including the drone overview of the property. Besides showing the property to potential buyers, she coordinated access for testing, maintenance, etc. Lynn is an excellent communicator who is able to deliver both good news and not-so-good news and then help craft a successful resolution and plan of action. This property sale had unexpected difficult moments for both myself and the buyer but Lynn's negotiating skills resulted in a satisfactory conclusion. She is easy to work with, supportive, creative and has a wealth of contacts and resources that benefit her clients.
