Went in for a mossberg 500 7 months later got my money back and won’t buy from here again. They are over priced and customer service is almost non existent. I waited 7 months for a basic shotgun and when I went to ask what was taking so long they had no answer for me but said I moved up the waiting list. I asked where I was on the waiting list and how long it would take to get my gun they said they couldn’t give me a time table on when I was getting my gun but I was number 44 in line for my shotgun! Very frustrating experience.

Bad experience with the manager/in charge (Casey), in the store. He is very rude, unprofessional, and has no good customer relation. I believe he hates his job.

They were really nice there, very professional. They guided me to the best fit for my strength. And gave me very important safety guides. Thank you guys for your great service.

Well anytime you walk into a gun shop for some reason the atmosphere is going to be a little bit tense because everywhere you look everybody is holding a gun for one reason or another so you should expect a little bit of tension when you're inside of a gun shop. The only complaint I have is that if you call them on the phone they can never really resolved your problem on the phone even if you just want to ask a simple question like do you know when certain ammunition is going to be restocked or can you tell me know when my product is going to be arriving to the store they put you on hold for Endless amount of time and the customer service regarding being on the phone is usually less than acceptable and so you need to actually physically go to the store and go to the counter and ask your question physically to the attendant otherwise if you try to do anything by phone or their website there's never going to be a 100% connect between the information you find online on the website or on the phone and what you're actually told when your present in the store

I believe so.
Turners should have it, or can order it for you. The staff is really helpful and will point you in the right direction.
Well not necessarily.. but you do have to have a registered gun to ur name of the caliber you are buying.. you can still buy it if you dont have it but they will charge you extra money .. thats if they actually have any ammo in stock .. its hard getting ur hands on it now days
Yes
I think Amazon would be your best bet or u could, try cabelas or bass pro shop
Not likely but maybe, just not sure. It may depend on your local Turners call them. I would also contact the lock manufacter (go to their website) and ask for their advice.
