Got to the drive through about 8:45pm, 15 before close. Was ignored. Drove up to window ,girl has her airpods on and the guy was counting the register. They both look over ,then look away. Food has usually been good. But that was unprofessional. Just some kids closing up who couldn't wait to leave early on a Saturday night. Guy with the red shirt I asse was in charge just looked over the ln turned his back. You need to hire people that care. I'm sure not all your employees are like this.

Didn't ensure Grub hub had complete order. Bread sticks extremely salty. Meat sauce bland. My lasagna was Cold and Grub hub forgot the NYC cheesecake factory strawberry 2 me and Mom. Very disappointed 😞☹️ wasn't worth what I paid. Next time Venice's Ontario CA

This was my first time dinning at Fazoli's and I was pleasantly surprised. Decent food portions, very reasonable pricing and the food was good. The food didn't taste frozen or old and the bread sticks were also tasty. But most important to me, the service was excellent. Would have given them another star but the place could have been a little cleaner. I did notice some fruit flies by the drink station that followed us back to our table. Overall, we will come back again.

Been coming to this location infrequently since it first opened. Latest visit was not great. Location has looked better, windows needed cleaning, enough trash around to be noticeable, bathrooms were not great (see photos). Soda fountain was out of syrup and of soda dispensed didn't taste good. Food was okay, better on previous visits. Understand COVID has made a lot of stuff worse, but a lot of this was basic stuff that I can see that should be taken care of - makes you wonder what else is in bad shape that you can't see (food prep areas, food storage). Also, Cesar salads had no tomatoes or croutons, and only 1 had cheese. For the price paid the food should have been better. I can go to a regular Italian restaurant, get an order to go and receive a better meal for less. Strongly suggest you look at location before you order food. May have been staffing issues on my visit, but could just be how this location operates now. Overall location is easy to get to, plenty of parking, though shopping complex has lost a lot of stores, so be aware of surroundings when coming or going. Parking, counter, seating and entrance are accessible. Staff were just meeting needs, could be other stuff going on, but if this is how location operates going forward I don't expect it to last more than a year.

It's weird how people ask these questions here instead of just googling it... Why trust a stranger over going to their website and looking at the menu?

I work at a Fazoli's in Chino Hills and our owner has played with opening new ones but unless someone wants to open it (it is a franchise) I dont think any will be magically appearing.

I would say with food and drink about $10-$12 per person. They have bread sticks that are free as long as you're dining in the restaurant or patio area. I say it's totally worth a try.
