STOP HERE IF YOU LIKE COLD FOOD, BIASED SERVERS, CARELESS SERVERS, and LAZINESS all Around for your HARD EARNED cash!!!! Waited over 30 minutes for a burger and a kids chicken strips. And some wings. After a painful lingering wait time, and noticing that a family behind us got their food as soon as they ordered, we were served our food with no dipping sauces. Asked another server for sauce and Waited another 10 mins till i decided to get up and ask for some service myself. And even then nothing was brought to the table. Upon eating a wing, we noticed the food was warm not heated and so was the burger with a hard boiled egg on top instead of over easy. Noticed another couple of 2 explaining that their food was also cold. It seems to me that the servers were trying to satisfy the larger party’s for a bigger tip. As my table was neglected multiple times with servers walking around and ignoring my small party. As my 2nd time at Red Robin was a HORRID experience. We Will not be coming back to this LAZY and ever so LACKING food establishment.

Had my first date with my husband here 12 years ago. It was a great place then, and still has the amazing customer service and food you want at a restaurant. Great place to grab drinks and apps or have a family dinner.

The burger was decent and the food was served fresh. However, I think they are being unnecessarily stingy with their bottomless fries for to-go orders. The attached photo of half filled small carton was the "bottomless" fries when I specifically requested for a lot. It costs them nearly nothing to give a decent portion, but no no no they can't do that. It's a good restaurant but just a stingy attitude towards the things that matter to the customer. It is disappointing. I am unlikely to recommend this restaurant to a friend or revisit this particular locations.

Tasty!! My burger was perfectly cooked and seasoned. My pickle chips were cut a little too thin which made them loose some of the great pickle flavor through the batter. Fries crisp and salted lightly. Overall very pleasant experience. Staff masked during service.
