Dropped off our model 3 to get a new windshield, picked it up with an empty battery and filthy dirty. Just paid you $1200 for a new piece of glass, the least you could’ve done was rinse the car off and charge it with one of the 29473848 chargers you have on site.

This Tesla Service Center has a super friendly team, and they know their stuff. Reminding me of what someone said,it's the people who drive the company and not the other way around. Mr. Austin was of great help. His knowledge about the car and how to operate the car control panel shows that he is passionate about the tesla environment. Austin thanks for helping me find the light at the end of the tunnel just in time to help me get to work on time. Keep up the great work!

My Model X been @ the dealer for 10 days now in need of a high voltage battery and still haven't got a loaner ( we are a family of 5 with young children ) . They won't give me an approximate date of when they'll be able to repair my car. I have asked for a manager to call for an update and no call...

All positives, left my MY with them with a laundry list of 5 services to take care of, and they completed same day. The SA even stayed a few minutes late to help me out with picking up. All work completed was perfect- couldn’t be happier.

I would book an appointment for a quick inspection of the system. It shouldn't be a big issue and it should be a relatively quick repair.
Currently all contact with the service center seems to be through the app. Try connecting there to see if you can get moved up. If your problem is that the window rolls up part way and then encounters resistance and then rolls automatically back down, try slowly and incrementally closing the window 1/4 to 1/2 inch at a time. Do not rush it. You will eventually get it closed. Don't open it again until your appointment.
Yes but at substantial cost
Usually yes you can take your car to any body shop unless if it's a Tesla it has to go to a repair shop that's qualified to work on that type of car
Call them and select the phone option where your car is currently being serviced. Only way to get through to a human being over there.
Please do! We will be more than happy to fix it for you.
Try rebooting the console (hold both steering wheel buttons down for a few seconds)
Call them directly to get that answer, Google just asks visitors.
You should contact Tesla service not Google.
You can make an appointment to the service center or make an appointment for a mobile visit so it can be provided at your home or work. It cannot however be mailed to you since the key needs to be paired to the vehicle.
Call the Service center and send them pictures of the damaged mirror. Maybe a mobile appointment could be worked out and you don't have to bring the car in. A mobile technician could fix it at your home or work place.
Yes, the owner can tirn it on and off. I wish it had a PIN so the owner could control it ( not fir service but for kids).
It might be a glitch and the software you can always reboot the computer by holding down the two rotating buttons on the steering wheel for about 5 to 6 seconds, see if that helps. On a side note if you double press your key fob it should open the driver side door.
Yes you can.
I am pretty sure that if you go there, you can see some parked.
