ordered 2 cheeseburgers, got to window to pay, young male cashier working the window, he sticks hand out of window, no expression whatsoever on his face, i put money in his hand, I say hello, no response from him, he hands me my change, i say thank you, still no response, he looks at me like I have a third eye. So I pick up order at 2nd window, get back on the road, open 1st burger, there is ketchup and onions all over the outside of the bun, opened 2 burger it is the same way, it gave the impression that they made the burger and forgot the onions and ketchup and then just squirted it on the outside of the bun. This used to be one of the better McDonalds. Not that way anymore.

Wow. UPDATE: Called yesterday and spoke to the manager Dawn about my sandwich being incorrect, was told to come today to have it corrected. Came today and ordered the same thing this time they put bacon on it but with egg and cheese. Went inside and ask them to fix my sandwich when “TAMMY” couldn’t answer a single question about why it was taking over 10 minutes for a simple little sandwich. Also they did not have wet floor signs out on a freshly mopped floor. Well they finally got my sandwich correct with a 10 minute wait in drive through and a 10 minute wait inside. Tammy needs to be fired/held accountable for her disrespect and lack of common sense. And you wonder why people don’t order eggs on their sandwich.. maybe it’s because they’re highly allergic if ingested. Thanks “TAMMY.”
