Shopped around looking for various furniture. The associate that helped us was friendly. Left the store and found the same exact piece BY ASHLEY on Amazon for way less! Sent my husband in to get the one sofa table that was on clearance that I couldn’t find online, and called him while he was in store to tell him to hold off that I finally found it online. He told the associate and she told him that they do price matching. Went back in and showed them everything we bought online. I specifically asked the associate if the items had to come from THEIR website or any website and she said it didn’t matter as long as it was their brand. she took a good 30-45 mins going over the order with the manager and came back saying they would price match ONLY if we would buy the $499 warranty. I decided only to get the sofa table from above since I would be able to take it home that day instead of ordering and having to wait (it was the only piece that wouldn’t have to be ordered) they then refused to price match the sofa table. A whole big waste of time. So I ordered my sofa table and it will arrive Saturday. In store it was on sale for $299… I found it online for $139.

Associates were very nice and answered all questions we had. Everything seemed to be transitioning well until it came time to list what furniture we wanted to order. Eventually I wrote down the number of each piece of furniture we wanted. The quote came back and I didn’t review invoice as cLose as I should have. Regarding one particular piece it should have been two units not one. I made two calls to the Customer Care line requesting a call back from the primary associate or store manager. Eventually I was able to order and pay for the additional unit needed with the assistance of another Associate in this particular store. The delivery date was much better than I expected.

What an amazing customer service. Korey Lee was an amazing manager and salesperson. He did not smother us upon arrival, he explained all the sales that were going on, directed us to areas in the store that interested us and then he gave us our space, but yet was right there if we needed him. Prices were great and we really liked the product. Thank you Korey! We will return!!.

Update as of 01/28/2022: Second team comes out with bed rails and it doesn’t fit at all. Don’t shop there. The customer service is horrible. After 14 months, they have not completed my order and it is not because of COVID. They just don’t care. They just want your money. Filed a BBB complaint as of today. I got a really good deal on a headboard/footboard & dresser. But the delivery guys damage the rolling slat for the headboard and footboard and damaged my sleep number. They clearly didn’t understand that you have to remove the side board pieces to make it fit. Tried to repair it but it is too damaged. Now I have to file a warrant claim. Really disappointed after waiting 8 months.

Yes, and you can purchase items from other store locations and pick-up from here instead of waiting for delivery.
