I would recommend the chicken breader but you may use any of our breaders.
Went online to see about buying cornmeal, as I cannot find either plain or self-rising.24 oz package is $3.29,which I was okay with, but shipping was $19.26.Shipping was the same if I tried to buy 1 or 6.Where else can I buy?

Once preparing, it's ok to put in the refrigerator but only for 4-6 hours at the most. When the water is added to the mix, it activates the leavening agents so we don't recommend adding the water until you are ready to use.

Yes you can use the breading on whatever you need it for. I use the chicken breader on pork chops.

1. Preheat oil to 350°F.
2. Moisten vegetables with water or milk *. Shake off excess moisture.
3. Coat vegetables with breading mix by shaking together in plastic bag or rolling in breading mix.
4. Deep fry 1-2 minutes or until cooked through.
*Water or milk can be substituted with buttermilk for a thicker coating
I would probably call them Monday thru Friday but I will say I have seen some s iga in four oaks it may he old stock but I have seen some in the past couple of months

I hate to say it but most of anything out their is gmo in one way or another, I have a bag of chicken breading here it says partially gmo
Why was fine white plain cornmeal discontinued? Would like to know what can be done to get the best cornmeal ever made back on the shelves of our local grocery stores
