Very rude workers!!! Have had her pick up order with door dash. The operation hours to walk in were 6-11 pm. I arrived at 9-30 pm. Door was closed. I knocked a long time workers saw me but didn’t respond. I knocked again and girl after opening door said in RUDE form that they operate only drive thru only. But I said about their hours but she became more rude and disrespectful!!! Manager if you are reading this message talk with your workers !

Very bad customer service. They says it’s hot but they are not giving the fresh ones. They are only giving the fresh ones to certain people. I never had such a bad experience at wake forest or Raleigh shops .. service women is rude!!

I am changing my previous 5 star review to reflect my last experience with this business. As I waited to place my order the customer in front to me struggled to complete her order Although she had an accent I clearly could hear her say 6 chocolate covered donuts while the employee kept saying what would you like. When I placed my order for a dozen mixed donuts I said at the end and a senior discount. The employee said we will take that off at the window. When I got to the window the young lady gave me the total and I paid it. As I looked at the ticket.i did not see a deduction for the Senior citizen. I asked the young lady did you give me the senior citizen discount. She said it is on the. Ticket. Iooked and asked her to show me She could not find it. Then said it was not on there. I asked if she could correct it. She said. No. I asked her to check with another employee. They told her no. Then I asked her too check with the manager who said we are not going to give you the discount. I recognized his voice as the one who took my order and said I would get it at the window and the same voice as the employee who was so rude to the lady in front of me. I will not shop again at this business even though the donuts are good the hassle is not worth the price.

Not sure what is up with this location but there is always some kind of “issue” happening. Doors are locked the day after. Line around the block. I can't cancel my online order as it's paid for and ready for pick up. I've been in line over thirty minutes now.
