We stayed at this place during our son’s orientation at NCSU and loved it! Huge room, clean and upscale. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a nice continental breakfast and plenty of parking. It’s very close to the university and was reasonably priced. The GM was super nice and offered us complementary drinks at the bar. We’ll definately come back!

Booked with Priceline, the Receptionist cancelled our reservation after we showed up late even after calling and informing the same receptionist we would be late, and made us pay a higher rate for our room for the second night as well as an early check-in fee (despite the room already being ready). Receptionist was wearing a gray sweatshirt with dirty gray sweatpants which is something I have never seen at a Marriott property before

We booked a suite here so that we could walk over to a concert across the street. The location to the PNC arena was amazing! Police were directing traffic, so it was super easy to get across the street. The parking here was not great. They only give out one parking pass per room. The room we stayed in was clean but very dark. It really needed some better lighting. We stayed in a suite with a wet bar and it was weird that there was no microwave.

Nice property. Front desk clerk was very nice but not professional. Rooms were well maintained. Stayed there for event at PNC Arena. Decent restaurant next store and arena was well within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.
