10-31-2020 Worst customer service, waited at the door for saleswoman to get off her computer to acknowledge my wife and I, She then proceeded to ask if we had an appointment? There was one other couple in the store with another salesperson. She then proceeded to have a conversation with the female customer in the store regarding clothing availability completely blowing us off, as if we weren't even there. I guess we didn't fit the criteria of the Peloton customer. My wife was considering purchasing a bike, but no way now. Peloton needs to get it's act together if they plan on opening stores. Would definitely avoid this store.
