They were super nice and gave me lots of advice when I emailed them questions for my first facial piercings. My piercer, Jimmy, was so friendly and was even kind enough to tell me the steps of the piercings, of course he threw in jokes when I mentioned my anxious state. The entire staff is so chill and the environment is comforting. Thank you Jimmy for my vertical snake bites!!!

I went in today with a group of friends to get some piercings done. I travelled from about 90 mins away, but it was absolutely worth it. Jimmy was amazing, so kind, professional, and obviously knew what he was doing. I had a helix and conch/orbital piercing done. My friends and I were obviously a little nervous, but he was amazing at talking us down from the anxiety that comes with getting stabbed with a needle. Jimmy was so clean and fast, everything was kept sterile, and he gave us all the aftercare instructions we could need. Plus the prices were amazing and significantly cheaper than anything in the Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Chapel Hill area. I will definitely be back!

My experience here was great. The people here are so chill and professional. There is an awesome waiting lounge with free snacks and drinks. I got a horizontal eyebrow piercing done by Jimmy. He makes sure that you get exactly what you want. And at the end I was given a goodie bag with a treat and some after care instructions. They also contact you a couple weeks later to make sure things are going good with the piercing. I definitely will be coming back !
