Honestly - wow! Why did I ever use other pharmacies? I have been using Now Rx for about 2 year I think. I just had one of my new prescriptions go to CVS by accident, and it took exactly 1 customer service interaction with the CVS team for me to call and get this prescription switched over to Now Rx. Now Rx the most amazing, text-based (!) convenient customer service, and they have worked with me on a couple of short turn around meds. Always pleased. Never had one bad interaction with them. And it's super simple to get your prescription from any other pharmacy switched over. Just call Now Rx, and they will call and do the work to switch it over for you. Couldn't be a better solution. Thank you, Now Rx for all of your amazing customer service!

This is an awesome service, especially in the day of Covid 19 when it's nice to stay out indoor public spaces as much as possible. My doctor called in the prescription and they called me to get my information and then dropped it off within a short time frame. It is an excellent option. Highly recommended! So happy to know of the service and grateful for this option. They are very responsive and eager to please.

NowRx is great. Very friendly and courteous, and I get the feeling that they are my advocates when dealing with the doctors and other pharmacies. They really do go the extra mile. If you need something quickly, let them know. (I renewed a prescription at 5:30 one evening, and it was at my door by 7:30--can't ask for better than that) If you go to Walgreens or CVS, you will wait at least an hour there to get your scrip--in this case you wait a tiny bit more (maybe...) and it's delivered to you. Only drawback is if you don't live in their working areas, but that's changing too--they are rapidly expanding. Adding to my review: I get texts on my phone when my scrips are up for renewal--just reply "Yes" and they take care of the rest. Too freakin' easy!
