Charged an outrageous price to replace my cracked Samsung phone screen. I later realized the screen was very low quality. In addition, I could no longer hear calls when the phone was placed to my ear; all my calls had to be conducted via speakerphone. And if this wasn't bad enough, I could no longer use the earphone port. After reading the other negative reviews, I'm convinced not only are low quality aftermarket parts used, they also sabotage your phone to create other issues in an attempt to generate future business from you. PAY ATTENTION TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS and avoid this place!

Customer service is very quick and friendly. The store is clean and the staff greets you as soon as you enter and helps you right away. I came in with a cracked iPhone XR screen and they fixed it in less than 20 minutes. It was also insanely well priced, the same repair would have cost me 4x as much at Apple, and no doubt would have taken more than 20 minutes. If you have any phone issues, come here!
