Nice complex, quite large, older but maintained. 4 stars for lack of guest parking AND an over zealous towing policy. (Apparently this pays management to rat out tenants? Tow company kick backs? Unconfirmed but suspected.) That's my experiences

We love it here, the Apts are so soundproof, Management the best, maintenance unbelievable, they are kept so clean. Won't find this in too many places.

I’ve lived in this complex for 2 years and will be moving because of a new employment change. But the truth is this complex is great. Sure it’s not the most luxurious but it doesn’t advertise to be. During my stay I had a few maintenance issues, but the team was always super quick to handle them. The community is quiet and mellow, I’ve had zero issues with noise or anything to that regard. Everything has been smooth and enjoyable at Hillcrest Park. For the price point and local market you won’t find a better fit if your on any kind of budget. Community is safe clean and quiet overall. Only valid feedback is that visitor parking is a nightmare on weekends. Hopefully the property can add a few spots. Thanks for everything Hillcrest Park and Essex.

I really dont know what's going on in this neighbor. People climing over the wall back and forth. Party everyday with loud Spanish music, delicious bbq smoke, kids screaming. great
